Since 2013, CSL coordinates the integrated urban revitalization strategy (RUI) in the Robert – Viau sector to improve socially, economically, environmentally and culturally the life quality of its residents.
In 2014 , as part of the strategy Imagining-Building Montreal 2025, the RUI – Viau Robert received financial aid granted to the city of Montreal by the Quebec government to propose a structural and sustainable project for the sector: the conciergerie “les Dépanneurs”. This initiative allows to:
- Improve the supply of local services in the community, enhance the involvement of citizens in their community and ensure a vibrant community life.
- Stimulate economic dynamics by allowing local hiring, deployment and development of residents’ talents
- Create social links and gather a community living different economic, social and cultural realities
